Esta iniciativa busca sensibilizar a la poblaci\u00f3n sobre sus deberes y derechos, as\u00ed como proporcionar n\u00fameros de contacto para denuncias o asistencia inmediata durante el asueto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1147\" height=\"650\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1147px) 100vw, 1147px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><br><br><strong>Controles bajo el Marco Legal<\/strong><br><br>En un esfuerzo conjunto por garantizar la seguridad vial, la Defensor\u00eda acompa\u00f1\u00f3 de cerca a la Superintendencia Nacional Antidrogas (SUNAD) en la realizaci\u00f3n de pruebas toxicol\u00f3gicas a los conductores de transporte p\u00fablico y veh\u00edculos particulares.<br><br>Se constat\u00f3 que dichos procedimientos se ejecutaran ajustados a derecho, respetando el debido proceso y garantizando que los operativos de prevenci\u00f3n no vulneren la dignidad de las personas, asegurando as\u00ed que quienes transitan por la entidad lo hagan bajo las mejores condiciones de seguridad.<br><br>La supervisi\u00f3n cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n activa de una amplia red de instituciones que trabajan de forma articulada en el peaje: GNB; Polic\u00eda Estadal; CICPC; Ministerio P\u00fablico; Prevenci\u00f3n al Delito; Bomberos; Protecci\u00f3n Civil; Ven 911; Direcci\u00f3n de Turismo; INTT; FONAS.<br><br>La presencia institucional reafirma el compromiso del ente defensorial para que estos carnavales se desarrollar\u00e1n en un clima de paz, legalidad y sana convivencia. <strong>FIN \/ PRENSA
