{"id":2490,"date":"2023-11-02T13:23:01","date_gmt":"2023-11-02T17:23:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.defensoria.gob.ve\/?p=2490"},"modified":"2023-11-02T13:25:10","modified_gmt":"2023-11-02T17:25:10","slug":"enaddhh-inicia-diplomado-sobre-prevision-y-seguridad-social-como-expresion-fundamental-de-los-dd-hh","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.defensoria.gob.ve\/?p=2490","title":{"rendered":"Enaddhh inicia Diplomado sobre: Previsi\u00f3n y Seguridad Social como Expresi\u00f3n Fundamental de los DD.HH."},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"2490\" class=\"elementor elementor-2490\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-7feaa7bb elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"7feaa7bb\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-2864c78e\" data-id=\"2864c78e\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6fe63366 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6fe63366\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n<p><strong>(02-Nov-2023)<\/strong>&nbsp;El Defensor del Pueblo y Presidente de la Fundaci\u00f3n Juan V\u00edves Suri\u00e1, Alfredo Ruiz Angulo, asisti\u00f3 al acto de apertura del Diplomado sobre \u201cPrevisi\u00f3n y Seguridad Social como Expresi\u00f3n Fundamental de los DD.HH.\u201d, que formalizar\u00e1 la Escuela Nacional de Derechos Humanos (Enaddhh).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al evento asisti\u00f3 el titular del ente defensorial, el director de la Enaddhh, Randolph Henr\u00edquez, y el Viceministro de Previsi\u00f3n Social del Ministerio Poder Popular para el Proceso Social de Trabajo, Rafael R\u00edos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El diplomado fue dise\u00f1ado conjuntamente entre la Escuela Nacional de Derechos Humanos y el Ministerio del Poder Popular para el Proceso Social de Trabajo y tendr\u00e1 una duraci\u00f3n de 140 horas acad\u00e9micas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vale acotar que el contenido program\u00e1tico incluye: A) Introducci\u00f3n a los derechos humanos desde perspectivas cr\u00edticas; B) El empleo en el marco de la previsi\u00f3n social; C) La salud y la seguridad laboral como elementos fundamentales de la previsi\u00f3n social; D) Las fuentes de financiamiento de los sistemas de seguridad social; y E) Fundamentaci\u00f3n legal del sistema de seguridad social de la Rep\u00fablica Bolivariana de Venezuela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este acto de apertura, el Defensor del Pueblo, destac\u00f3 que la seguridad social es un derecho humano tan importante y fundamental como los derechos al trabajo, a la salud, al estudio y a la recreaci\u00f3n. Recordando que todos los DD.HH. son interdependientes porque el ser humano, necesita desarrollarse integralmente. Tambi\u00e9n\u00a0 reconoci\u00f3 la importante labor que en este sentido realiza el Ministerio del Poder Popular para el Proceso Social del Trabajo, y el Ministerio del Poder Popular para la Salud.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"512\" src=\"http:\/\/www.defensoria.gob.ve\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/IMG_8617.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2495\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.defensoria.gob.ve\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/IMG_8617.jpg 768w, http:\/\/www.defensoria.gob.ve\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/IMG_8617-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, el Viceministro del Trabajo, Rafael R\u00edos, mencion\u00f3 que \u201cestamos iniciando un diplomado sobre el derecho a la previsi\u00f3n social y a la seguridad social como expresiones fundamentales de derechos humanos. La receptividad del Defensor del Pueblo ha permitido el inicio de esta relaci\u00f3n entre MinTrabajo y la Defensor\u00eda del Pueblo para dar un paso muy avanzado sobre el conocimiento en cuanto al empleo, pensiones, recreaci\u00f3n en tiempos libres, entre otros\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con la realizaci\u00f3n de las indicadas actividades acad\u00e9micas la Enaddhh ha formado, entre enero de 2010 y septiembre de 2023 un total de 523.088 participantes, correspondientes a 381.618 mujeres y 142.270 hombres. Reivindicamos el compromiso de las mujeres venezolanas que adem\u00e1s de sus m\u00faltiples ocupaciones profesionales y comunitarias destinan tiempo valioso para su formaci\u00f3n en materia de derechos humanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, cabe destacar que en virtud de la implementaci\u00f3n de la modalidad online que viene siendo utilizada a partir de la pandemia de la Covid-19, y el cual se contin\u00faa utilizando como complemento de la modalidad presencial,&nbsp; entre 2020 y septiembre de 2023 se incorporaron a las formaciones de la Escuela Nacional de Derechos Humanos un total 4.091 participantes residenciados fuera del territorio nacional, correspondientes a (3.093) mujeres y (998) hombres de 41 pa\u00edses distintos<strong>.
