class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n<p><strong>(La Guaira-06-02-2024)<\/strong> La Defensor\u00eda Delegada de Aragua imparti\u00f3 un taller sobre prevenci\u00f3n de la tortura, tratos crueles e inhumanos y degradantes dirigidos a servidores y servidoras p\u00fablicos de diferentes instituciones, Polic\u00eda Nacional Bolivariana (PNB), Cuerpo de Investigaciones Cient\u00edficas Penales y Criminal\u00edsticas (CICPC), Tribunal Supremo de Justicia (TSJ); entre otras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dicha actividad tuvo como finalidad que los y las presentes conocieran los mecanismos de los que dispone la legislaci\u00f3n venezolana para la prevenci\u00f3n, tipificaci\u00f3n, sanci\u00f3n de los delitos de tortura y otros tratos crueles, inhumanos o degradantes, as\u00ed como la reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o a las personas que hayan sido v\u00edctimas de estos delitos, promoviendo la participaci\u00f3n protag\u00f3nica de los ciudadanos y ciudadanas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De esta manera y conforme al mandato constitucional que tiene la Defensor\u00eda del Pueblo, en velar por la promoci\u00f3n, defensa y vigilancia de los derechos humanos, en este encuentro acad\u00e9mico tambi\u00e9n se dio a conocer las atribuciones de la instituci\u00f3n y las formas de acceder a los servicios defensor\u00edales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El encuentro se desarroll\u00f3 en las instalaciones del Liceo Bolivariano Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Espa\u00f1a de la parroquia Macuto y los participantes mostraron inter\u00e9s y solicitaron mayor informaci\u00f3n en cu\u00e1ntos a los talleres que imparte esta Instituci\u00f3n Nacional de los DD.HH.. <strong>FIN\/ PRENSA
