\u201cDerechos Humanos y la Prevenci\u00f3n de Corrupci\u00f3n\u201d en la conmemoraci\u00f3n al D\u00eda Internacional contra la Corrupci\u00f3n, dirigida a 51 funcionarios de diversas instituciones
